Our clients also use retail samples as part of their on-going efforts to gauge the effects of product distribution (for their own and/or competitive products) on such factors as: product quality, freshness, appearance, weight, nutritional maintenance, and product/package performance.

Our service is designed to benefit client companies by saving them time and money in fulfilling their needs for retail samples. We can handle items that are perishable or fragile, meet urgent deadlines, and obtain samples in any quantity from anywhere in the country.

We purchase products anonymously or record data about products in stores. We usually shop supermarkets, convenience, drug, mass merchandise, and specialty stores. Some jobs are performed on a monthly basis while others may be ad hoc.

Our field shoppers are “independent contractors” and are not our employees. They are compensated on a “per job” basis, with the “fee” advised prior to the beginning of most assignments. We base the compensation on the amount of time and effort needed to complete the job by the deadline.
